Consultancy · For founders & leadership teams

A unique pairing —
strategic and clinical

Deeply experienced in leadership roles, building alongside founders and CEOs — and a qualified psychotherapist.

For over a decade, my career has been focused on technology companies, with the last six years predominantly in the healthtech space. My experience in Chief of Staff and Business Transformation roles alongside some of Ireland's leading founders and CEOs gives me a unique perspective on how to build for impact. Training as a psychotherapist has added a clinical lens to that viewpoint — and a deeper understanding of the truly impactful asset in any business: its people.

Why now

We're at a rare moment for health.

For the first time, three things are arriving together. Our appetite for living well — physically and mentally — has never been greater. Our understanding of what actually makes for a happy, healthy life is deeper than it's ever been. And technology is finally capable of helping us get there. That kind of convergence doesn't come around often — and together it makes for an incredibly interesting time to be working in healthcare.

The question I care about is what we do with it — how we build healthtech that's genuinely efficacious, person-centred, delightful and ethical. Products that help people live better, and can be trusted to. It's the same instinct I bring to the work above: strategy and psychology, held together.

Ways we can work together

How engagements take shape.

Every engagement is different, so each is scoped around what you're building and the outcomes you're after. A few of the ways that tends to look:

01

Strategic partnership

Working alongside you, Chief of Staff style — turning vision into strategy, helping shape products, and building the operating rhythm that lets a company move with intent.

02

Talks & workshops

Sessions for leadership teams, founders and organisations on the mental health of high performers — translating the research into something practical, honest and genuinely human.

03

Clinical input for what you're building

If you're building in the mental health or wellbeing space, what you ship needs more than good product instincts — it needs genuine clinical grounding. I bring a therapist's lens to your product, content and care pathways, so what you build is safe, evidence-informed and actually helps the people on the other side of the screen.

Every engagement is bespokescoped around what you're building — the best place to start is a conversation.

Common questions

Before we begin.

What does a typical engagement look like?+

There isn't one — and that's deliberate. Some engagements are ongoing strategic partnerships measured in months; others are a single talk, a focused workshop, or a defined piece of clinical input on something you're building. We start with a conversation about what you're working on, then scope something that genuinely fits.

How is consultancy priced?+

Every engagement is bespoke, so pricing is scoped to what we agree together — shaped by the type of work, its depth, and how long we'll be working alongside each other. Reach out with a little context and I'll come back with a proposal.

How is this different from your therapy packages for organisations?+

Therapy packages are 1:1 clinical therapy delivered to your people. Consultancy is strategic and product work — partnering on what you're building, speaking to your teams, and bringing a clinical lens to your product and care pathways. Some organisations work with me on both; they're separate engagements with separate aims.

Do you work remotely or in person?+

Both. I'm based in Dublin and happy to work on-site with teams here, and I work remotely with founders and organisations elsewhere. Talks and workshops can be delivered in person or online, whichever suits your team.

Is what we discuss confidential?+

Always. Commercial discretion is a given, and I'm very comfortable working under an NDA where that's helpful. Anything sensitive — about your product, your roadmap or your people — stays between us.
